MetCon or Metabolic Conditioning is the fitness term for cardio without the machines! This workout method values intensity over volume. By using your own body weight, jumping ropes, pushing sleds, or swinging kettlebells you will be able to perform at faster pace and start burning immediately. In this bootcamp style class you will get fit using the same intense training methods as our CrossFit classes minus the barbell work. You better show up ready to work because our MetCon class will give you a total body workout that will leave you feeling great!
