1. Free Intro Class

At DWC we are committed to providing a fitness program focused on helping you achieve your individual health and fitness goals. The first step is to try a free intro class in order to get a feel of the types of programs DWC offers. Dependent on your comfort level, let us schedule your own personalized time or come experience the energy of a group WOD! 2. Sign up for Foundations Course

New to CrossFit? Our foundations course is designed to familiarize each individual with the CrossFit methodology, and fundamental concepts and movements as well as helpful techniques and safe fitness practices. DWC’s Foundations Program will ensure that new members to our community are adequately prepared for a smooth transition into our regular CrossFit courses and classes. The foundations program will familiarize you with CrossFit’s methodology and the common exercises that you’ll see in our group classes. Understanding how to move both properly and safely will help you to get the most out of your CrossFit experience! The foundations program is a total of two 60 minute training sessions and is offered weekdays at 7:00 am – 8:00 am and 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., unless a time conflict arises.

3. WODIFY Integration/Join Member Classes

WODIFY is the member and WOD tracking system that enables DWC members to track their fitness goals and performance, compare results with other athletes and use it as a helpful tool to sign up for classes and check scheduling. Members will be able to create a personal nutrition journal that allows for peer and coach review so we can help you stay focused in achieving your personal fitness goals. WODIFY can be easily accessed from our website, inside the facility or conveniently downloaded as a free app on your phone. Take that first step!
